Marginal Utility is proud to present ‘Closure 2009-2023’ an exhibition of posters and ephemera from the gallery’s archive.

Marginal Utility is hosting its final exhibition in their 319 N.11th st. gallery space. Closure 2009-2013 presents printed posters for many of their past exhibitions and objects that artists have left behind in the gallery’s storage.

Marginal Utility will still function as a collaborative curatorial team and will be working on offsite projects as well as compiling archival images and videos to fill out their website and produce a publication that shares the history of the space.

Yuka and David are deeply indebted to the many artists, thinkers and curators that they had the honor to work with over the past fourteen years. We would like to thank all of those who visited the exhibitions, participated in group discussions and written about the activities within the gallery’s walls and other art spaces throughout the Philadelphia region.
